All orders are created after submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 14-21 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at atouchofbling2019@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. Please ensure it is accurate.

Please Note: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, A Touch of Bling LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen packages incurred by the carrier.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at checkout or account creation.
